Episode 20 – 18/01/2015

Paul’s out this week, but everyone else decided to show up for a return to the Should I Play This Game Podcast proper. We briefly recap our holidays, talk about the events of the past week, and read out an ’email’.

Note: You might be thinking “where’s episode 19?” In order to make sure our episode numbers accurately reflect the number of episodes we’ve made, the Game of the Year episode is also known as episode 19. There is no secret episode 19.

Episode 18 – 7/12/2014

It’s the final episode for 2014! There’s been a lot of activity to talk about this week, such as the marathon that was the Video Game Awards, some things of note from the Playstation Experience, and the plethora of trailers and announcements from both events. We’ll be back on January 11th with our 2014 Game Of The Year episode.

Episode 17 – 30/11/2014

We’re through the silly season for video games, so there’s not a lot happening this week. The gang still finds things to discuss in Assassin’s Creed Unity, the state of Destiny, and our plans to revolutionise the way games are reviewed. Time until Game Of The Year proceedings: 2 weeks.

Episode 16 – 23/11/2014

Steve is back, so there’s plenty more wrestling and WWE Supercard talk going around this week. We mostly focus on the last crazy week of releases and patches, as well as Steam pricing models, PAX Australia ticket sale dates, and we briefly outline our Game Of The Year plans. Paul apparently lives in party central this week.

Episode 15 – 16/11/2014

It’s a a Steve-less podcast this week, so Paul, Mike, and Graham sit around and talk about messy releases, including Assassin’s Creed Unity, the new Halo compilation joint, and the Monument Valley DLC. There’s also talk of some games that, in fact, DO work, but you don’t want to hear about that, right?

Episode 13 – 26/10/2014

We’re back in our regular timeslot and still a man down, but we have a listener email this week to make up for it. It’s been 10 days since our last episode, so there’s a bit to talk about, including Hatred trailers, Assassin’s Creed Unity’s lofty PC requirements, and the man with all the knives.
